A few things...
i) Most items are in stock but some are made to order so may take up to 1 week to produce and send - if you have an urgent requirement please get in touch with via [email protected] - Happy to do our best.
ii) Sales are final (no refund, exchange or store credit only) unless item is faulty.
iii) Caring for your Prix de Luxe creation : Unless specified, jewellery is plated/vermeil. Show your Prix de Luxe creation love by removing before swimming/bathing/exercising etc.
iv) All pieces are sent, ready to gift in monogrammed boxes from Sydney, Australia via regular post unless otherwise negotiated so please check with Australia Post for postage timeframes. If you would like to include a personal message please do so in the checkout/comments section.
